Colony IV by the Sea

Colony IV by the Sea is a clean and comfortable motel located just steps from the beach in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina.

I was very well pleased with my multiple-nights stay at Colony IV in May of 2008. Touristy Kill Devil Hills lacks the charm and natural beauty one finds elsewhere in the Outer Banks, but Colony IV is a bright spot within Kill Devil Hills. Courteous and engaging service, reasonable rates, adequate free breakfast (hope you like carbs!), clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
